The Bathroom

After trying all the cleaning products, we decided that a silicone remover was needed. This small project was forgotten quickly. I was determined to make another attempt after the All-Purpose cleaner arrived. It worked, and it was amazing! The cleaner almost disintegrated the silicone immediately upon application. It was easy to scrape off with a knife. There was no sticky residue or old silicone. Whoa!
The toilet is the one that has caused me the most frustration. The bowl’s dark, moldy-looking water ring is stubborn and will not go away. The ring stubbornly remains despite numerous applications of name-brand sprays, adhesive gels and even 2 liters of Coke. The Better Life comes to your rescue! All-Purpose spray was applied once and the bowl was clean. It was jaw-droppingly beautiful.
The Kitchen
Nearly giddy from my bathroom success, I ran to the kitchen to test the All-Purpose cleaner on all surfaces. It quickly removed grease, gunk and germs and it exceeded all my expectations. The grease splatters from the stove were quickly removed with no residue. The sink was easily cleaned and the surfaces are polished.
After such dramatic results in the bathroom, I was disappointed that All-Purpose cleaner did not have the same power to remove stains in my kitchen. Although I love the look of our white sink it is not very picturesque. The big brown stain at its bottom was not reduced by the cleaner. The stove stain from the previous owner remained, despite multiple applications of cleaner and thorough cleaning. However, Better Life’s All-Purpose cleaner doesn’t advertise stain removal. There are other products that can do this. It’s a disappointing promise that it doesn’t deliver. However, the stubborn bathroom stains were lifted immediately while the kitchen stains didn’t move.
The Carpet
Our white living room carpet was the final test. Although the carpet was cleaned before we moved into our home, we were unable to cover any yellow or brown stains that remained.
